Two years and two days ago, I relaunched my blog. I hadn’t even realised until now that it was the anniversary. Back in 2016, I started my first blog, but in 2022, I took a year off from writing. When I returned on 10th March 2023, I did so with a fresh start, deleting my old blog and launching a brand-new website. Looking back now, I’m really happy with how things have gone over the past two years.
It means a lot to know that my readers have found their way back. My blog feels stronger than ever, and I’m really happy with the content I post, the way the site looks, and the routine I’ve built. Posting every day has become second nature, and the feedback I get through Instagram reminds me why I enjoy it so much. Over the years, I’ve made some good friends through blogging, and that’s something I really appreciate. It’s hard to believe that in another year, it will have been a decade since I started my first blog. That feels like such a long time, yet it has gone by so quickly. I’m glad I’ve kept writing, not just as a way to share my interests and thoughts, but because it has always been a form of therapy for me. Writing every day helps me process things, reflect, and create something I enjoy. I don’t know where my blog will be in another two years, but right now, I’m happy with it, and that’s what matters.
