Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been taking a photo a day. I’m not really sure why I started—just one of those random ideas that popped into my head. The thought was simple: take one photo each day, something from that moment, and by the end of the month I’d have a little collection of memories.
The photos themselves aren’t anything profound or professional. They’re just ordinary snaps from everyday life. A meal I’ve eaten that day. A sunrise. A tree. A cat in the street. A sunset that caught my eye. Just random bits of life that felt worth remembering in the moment. After a few weeks of doing it, I realised I don’t actually have anywhere to put the photos. I thought about uploading them to my Instagram stories, but then they disappear after 24 hours. So now I’m considering setting up a dedicated tab on my blog where I can upload a photo a day—like a little visual diary. It wouldn’t be anything fancy, just a quiet space to keep track of my days. It’s just an idea for now, but it feels like something I’d enjoy keeping up with. If you think it’s a good idea or would be interested in seeing it, feel free to drop me a message on Instagram and let me know what you think. Comments are closed.
