​I'm a Staffordshire (UK) based blogger who started my blog back in 2016 under the name "Every Man Is An Island" as a way to share my thoughts and experiences with the world. In 2020, I changed the name of my site to simply "Bear Smith" to reflect my personal brand.

After taking a year off from writing in 2022 due to personal reasons, I  came back to writing in 2023 and decided to create a new site from scratch. I am excited to bring my readers new and improved content, as well as fresh insights and perspectives.

Over the last nine years, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of brands in a variety of industries, from fashion and male grooming to technology and lifestyle. 

​On my site, you'll find a wide range of topics, from personal development and relationships to TV / film & culture plus many more.

While there are distinct categories to explore, I invite you to join me on a unique journey.
